摘要
高炉余压回收装置广泛应用于高炉煤气的能量回收。实际运行中,进入高炉余压回收装置的介质为煤气,除尘效果较差时,装置承缸内壁容易被煤气冲刷,形成沟槽缺陷,机组的运行效率随之降低。对高分子材料粘接法、镶块法、焊接法等承缸修复技术进行了研究,进行了球墨铸铁焊接性能试验,进而提出承缸内壁焊接修复工艺。应用这一修复工艺,可以节约修复成本,降低经济损失。
The TRT is widely used for energy recovery of blast furnace gas. In practical operation, the medium entering the TRT is gas. When the dust removal performance is poor, the inner wall of the blade=carrier is easily scoured out groove-type defect, and the operating efficiency of the unit is reduced. Through the investigation of restoration technology for blade-carrier such as high molecular material bonding method, inserting method and welding process, the welding performance test of ductile iron was carried out, and the welding process of the inner wall of the blade-carrier was proposed. Application of this restoration process can save rehabilitation cost and reduce economic losses.
