缓冲电容对全桥DC~DC变换器的影响分析

摘要 在研究中发现与开关管相并联的电容没有得到足够的重视,一直是作为其自身的寄生电容而存在,并没有当作一个独立的器件参与到工作过程中来。文章在总结前人研究的基础上,发现了缓冲电容不仅可以有效影响到桥臂间高频链环节电压波形,而且不需要增加额外的开关管及储能元件就可以实现开关管的ZVZCS导通和ZVS关断,取得了有效的研究效果。 In the research, it is found that the capacitance connected in parallel with the switch tube has not received enough attention, and it has always existed as its own parasitic capacitance, instead of participating in the working process. On the basis of summarizing previous studies, it is found that the buffering capacitance can not only effectively affect the voltage wave-form of the high-frequency link between the bridge arms, but also realize the ZVZCS break-over and ZVS turn-off without adding additional switching tubes and energy storage elements, which has very important research significance.
