摘要
大数据时代下中国教育现代化的发展和治理需要指数研究进行监测和追踪。《中国教育指数(2019年版)》是长江教育研究院2018-2019年度开发的教育指数系列研究的最新成果之一,秉持科学建构和与时俱进的理念,《中国教育指数(2019年版)》对中国省域2018年的教育发展指数、创新指数和绿色指数进行了测算和历史比较。研究发现:相较于2017年,2018年中国省域的教育综合指数和发展指数不变,创新指数下降了0.07,绿色指数增长了0.08。中国省域教育发展正进入一个外部企稳、内部优化的关键期。
The development and governance of China's educational modernization in the era of big data requires the monitor and track of index research. The 2019 Edition of Index of Education in China, one of the latest achievements in the research series of education index by the Changjiang Education Institute (CEI) in 2018~2019, adheres to the concept of scientific construction in line with the times to measure and compare the provincial development index, innovation index, and science and sustainability index in 2018. The authors found that the provincial education index and the development index, compared to 2017, remained unchanged in 2018 while the innovation index fell by 0.07, and that the science and sustainability index increased by 0.08. This suggests that the provincial development of China's education is entering a critical period of the “external stabilization and internal optimization”.
