减小叶片不利载荷的统一变桨技术

摘要 风机在实际运行中,由于风剪切和塔影效应的存在,导致各桨叶载荷均不平衡。载荷的不平衡严重影响风轮的性能。为减小由于空间位置不同带来的载荷不平衡,首先,仿用威布尔分布函数对风轮立体面风速进行优化处理,以提高风速计算准确度,其次,利用Blade软件计算不利载荷大小,通过变桨距系统减小风轮叶面推力来降低载荷。实验结果:风速优化法在风速信号采集上进行抑制,降低了风速的波动频率。且计算后的不利载荷对桨距角进行补偿的方法,使叶轮在吸收风能的同时降低风机不利载荷和部分叶片震动,延长了叶片使用寿命。 The wind shear and tower shadow effects cause the imbalance of blade loads in the actual operation of wind turbine.The load imbalance affects the performance of the wind wheel seriously.In order to improve the accuracy of wind speed calculation and reduce the load imbalance caused by different spatial positions,firstly,using Weibull function to optimize wind speed on stereoscopic surface of wind wheel.Secondly,using the Blade software to calculate the unfavorable load,and the variable pitch system is used to reduce the thrust on the blade surface of the wind turbine to reduce the load.Experimental results show that the wind speed optimization method suppresses the wind speed signal acquisition and reduces the frequency of wind speed fluctuation.In addition,the method of compensating pitch angle with calculated unfavorable load reduces the unfavorable load of the wind turbine and blades vibration,prolongs the service life of blades while the impeller absorbs wind energy.
