摘要
工业生产中铝熔体温度高、在线除气参数不匹配、熔体二次污染是导致铝熔体氢含量高的关键因素,为了降低铝熔体的氢含量,根据现有装备和工艺条件,优化熔炼炉在线除气参数,对铝液流道进行改形和保温处理等,获得了氢含量较低的铝熔体。
High-temperature aluminum melt,mismatch of online degassing parameters and secondary pollution of melt during the industrial operation are key factors for the higher hydrogen content in aluminum melt.In order to reduce the hydrogen content in aluminum melt,based on the existing equipment and process conditions,the online degassing parameters of melting furnace are optimized,the aluminum liquid channel is modified and insulated,so as to obtain the aluminum melt with lower hydrogen content.
