种植修复经过数十年的发展,其整体成功率已经达到了较为满意的水平,但前牙美学区仍有不少的失败案例,尤其是因美学效果不佳而造成的失败。若在美学区种植修复后出现唇侧丰满度不佳会极大地影响美学效果,给患者造成较大的困扰,其后期处理也相对繁琐,临床上并没有统一的解决方法。本文旨在总结回顾相关文献的基础上,对美学区种植修复后出现唇侧丰满度不佳的解决策略进行讨论,使得临床医生在面对这类问题时可以有一个更全面的考量。

In recent years,due to its high success rate,implant restoration has become a routine repair method accepted by more and more patients.However,the restoration of the aesthetic area still has a high technical sensitivity,and its success rate is lower than that in the posterior region.To achieve the best aesthetic restoration effect,the following factors must be considered: optimal implant 3 D implantation direction,sufficient bone mass in the planting area and ideal soft tissue stability.Mastering these three aspects skillfully requires long-term clinical experience.As the threshold for planting in the aesthetic area declines and the number increases,the number of failures increases.Clinically,there are many reasons for the failure of aesthetic restoration.Among them,the poor fullness of the labial side has serious impact on the overall aesthetics,and its post-processing is relatively cumbersome.This paper aims to summarize the relevant literature and based on the cultivation of the aesthetic area,the solution to the problem of poor lip fullness after repair is discussed,so that clinicians can have a more comprehensive consideration in the face of such problems.
