摘要
目的口腔鳞状细胞癌(OSCC)组织中的Pinx1(PIN2码/TRF1相互作用蛋白X1)、CD44拼接变异体6(CD44v6)蛋白的表达及其临床意义。方法选取我院2014年6月-2016年12月收集的68例OSSC组织(OSCC组)、正常口腔黏膜组织34例(对照组),采用免疫组化染色检测两组标本中的Pinx1蛋白、CD44v6蛋白表达水平,并分析在不同分化程度、临床分期、淋巴结转移的OSCC组织中的表达差异。结果OSCC组标本中的CD44v6蛋白、Pinx1蛋白阳性表达率分别为66.18%、61.76与对照组的8.82%、94.12%比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);Pinx1蛋白阳性表达的低分化患者占比、Ⅲ期+Ⅳ期患者占比、发生淋巴结转移患者占比均低于Pinx1蛋白阴性表达的OSCC患者(P<0.05);CD44v6蛋白阳性表达中低分化患者占比、发生淋巴结转移患者占比均高于CD44v6蛋白阴性表达的OSCC患者(P<0.05)。结论Pinx1蛋白、CD44v6蛋白在OSCC组织中表达变化显著,并且与肿瘤病理学特征具有一定的相关性。
Objective To investigate the expression of Pinx1(PIN2 code/TRF1 interacting protein X1)and CD44 variant 6(CD44v6)protein in oral squamous cell carcinoma(OSCC)and their clinical significance.Methods Sixty-eight cases of OSCC(OSCC group)and 34 cases of normal oral mucosa tissues(control group)in First Affiliated Hospital of Henan University of Science and Technology(2014.06~2016.12)were selected.Immunohistochemical staining was used to detect the expression levels of Pinx1 protein and CD44v6 protein in the two groups.The expression differences in OSCC tissues with different degrees of differentiation,clinical stages,and lymph node metastasis were analyzed.Results The positive expression rate of CD44v6 protein and Pinx1 protein in OSCC specimens were 66.18%and 61.76,respectively.The positive expression rates of CD44v6 protein and Pinx1 protein in the control specimens were 8.82%and 94.12%,respectively,and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05);The percentage of poorly differentiated patients with positive expression of Pinx1 protein,the proportion of patients with stageⅢ+Ⅳ,and the proportion of patients with lymph node metastasis were lower than those with negative expression of Pinx1 protein in OSCC(P<0.05);The proportion of patients with low differentiation and lymph node metastasis with positive expression of CD44v6 protein was higher than that of OSCC patients with negative expression of CD44v6 protein(P<0.05).Conclusion The expression of Pinx1 protein and CD44v6 protein in OSCC tissue changes significantly,and were closely related to the occurrence and development of tumors.
