加权主成分TOPSIS价值函数模型在浙江三级甲等医院医疗质量综合评价的应用

Application of Weighted Principal Components TOPSIS Valuation Function Model in the Medical Quality Comprehensive Evaluation of the Class One Grade a Hospitals in Zhejiang Province

目的综合评价浙江省某三级甲等医院2015—2016年逐季医疗工作质量,了解其变化趋势,并和全部26家省级三级甲等医院医疗质量季度均值进行比较,为医疗质量考核及医院管理者提供决策依据。方法选择反映医院运营、患者负担、合理用药、医院感染的23项具有重要性、灵敏性、实用性、独立性的指标,应用加权主成分TOPSIS价值函数模型进行综合评价。结果2015—2016年,医院医疗工作质量整体高于省级平均水平,省级三级甲等医院医疗质量呈现逐季上升趋势。患者负担和医院感染可能是医疗质量的主要影响因素。结论应用加权主成分TOPSIS价值函数模型进行综合评价,能更科学准确全面地了解医疗质量现状,并进行比较,有利于医疗质量持续改进。

Objective A comprehensive evaluation of medical quality between a Class One Grade A hospital in Zhejiang and 26 Class One Grade A hospitals from 2015 to 2016 was conducted in order to provide scientific data for far-reaching work.Methods 23 representational statistic items which reflect hospital management,patient’s economic burden,and rational drug use as well as nosocomial infection were selected to be applied in the weighted principal components TOPSIS valuation function model for comprehensive evaluation.Results The hospital medial quality was higher than that of provincial average level,and medical quality of provincial Class One Grade A hospital showed the trend of quarterly rise.Patient’s economic burden and nosocomial infection were main influence factors of medical quality.Conclusion Applying weighted principal components TOPSIS valuation function model in comprehensive evaluation is more scientific and accurate to take full advantage of the original data.
