摘要
以乌兰布和沙漠绿洲防护林体系北抗杨家系6个无性系为研究对象,通过测定叶片饱和鲜重、干重及叶面积,分析了北抗杨家系6个无性系比叶面积、叶干物质含量的差异,探讨了6个无性系的适应性。结果表明,叶面积、叶长、叶周长为北抗16-4>北抗16-17>北抗16-18>北抗16-8>北抗16-22>北抗16-27,叶宽为北抗16-4>北抗16-17>北抗16-18>北抗16-27>北抗16-8>北抗16-22,叶长宽比、叶形指数为北抗16-4>北抗16-18>北抗16-27=北抗16-17>北抗16-22=北抗16-8。北抗16-27、北抗16-17、北抗16-18、北抗16-22、北抗16-8、北抗16-4比叶面积分别为(21.156±2.540)、(19.454±1.059)、(18.514±1.215)、(17.596±1.512)、(16.787±2.677)、(16.778±1.296)m^2·kg^-1,叶干物质含量分别为(221.963±6.467)、(220.104±5.854)、(225.956±5.409)、(244.393±11.469)、(242.057±9.251)、(235.088±9.618)mg·g^-1。比叶面积与叶干物质含量存在显著负相关关系(P<0.05),两者之间的关系可用指数函数y=ae^-bx表示。干重与比叶面积存在显著负相关关系(P<0.05),两者之间的关系可用线性函数y=ax^-b表示。干重与叶面积存在显著正相关关系(P<0.05),两者之间的关系可用线性函数y=ax+b表示。北抗16-22、北抗16-8、北抗16-4的适应性优于北抗16-17、北抗16-18、北抗16-27,建议今后该区防护林体系的更新可优先选择北抗杨家系中的北抗16-22、北抗16-8、北抗16-4。
Six clones of Populus deltoides cl.Beikang ( PDB) family in the oasis protection forest system in Ulanbuhdesert were selected as the research objects.The environment adaptabilities of the six clones were examined with specific leaf area and leaf dry matter content that were analyzed through the measurement of leaf saturated fresh weight,leaf dry weight and leaf area.The results showed that the leaf area,leaf length,leaf perimeter were in the order of PDB 16-4>PDB 16-17>PDB 16-18>PDB 16-8>PDB 16-22>PDB 16-27;leaf width was PDB 16-4>PDB 16-17>PDB 16-18>PDB 16-27>PDB 16-8>PDB 16-22;leaf length,width ratio and leaf factor were PDB 16-4>PDB 16-18>PDB 16-17>PDB 16-22=PDB 16-8.Specific leaf areas of PDB 16-27,PDB 16-17,PDB 16- 18,PDB 16-22,PDB 16-8,PDB 16-4 were (21.156±2.540),( 19.454± 1.059),(18.514±1.215),(17.596±1.512),(16.787±2.677),(16.778±1.296)m^2·kg^-1 ,respectively.Leaf dry matter contents of PDB 16-27,PDB 16-17,PDB 16-18,PDB 16-22,PDB 16-8,PDB 16-4 were (221.963±6.467),(220.104±5.854),(225.956±5.409),(244.393±11.469),(242.057±9.251),and (235.088±9.618)mg·g^-1 ,respectively.The specific leaf area was significantly and negatively correlated to the leaf dry matter content ( P <0.05),which could be expressed by the form of power function y=ae^-bx .The dry leaf weight was significantly and negatively correlated to the specific leaf area ( P <0.05) with the power function y=ax^-b .The dry leaf weight was significantly and positively correlated to the leaf area ( P <0.05) with the power function y=ax+b .The adaptabilities of PDB 16-22,PDB 16-8,PDB 16-4 were higher than PDB 16-17,PDB 16-18,PDB 16-27.It was suggested that PDB 16-22,PDB 16-8,and PDB 16-4 should be priority selected in the restoration of the protection forest in Ulan Buh desert.
