摘要
近年来,肠道菌群与人类疾病的关系成为研究热点,氧化三甲胺(TMAO)作为肠道细菌的重要代谢产物之一而备受关注。研究发现,TMAO在蛋白质稳定、脂质代谢、炎症、血栓、胰岛素抵抗、糖代谢等一系列生理病理过程中发挥着重要作用,然而关于TMAO与各类疾病发生、发展关系的系统总结依旧缺乏。本文就TMAO与心脑血管系统疾病、阿尔兹海默病、慢性肾病及2型糖尿病等疾病发生、发展关系作一综述,以充分了解TMAO的研究现状以及其对疾病发生、发展的影响,为后续研究TMAO的作用提供理论依据和借鉴。
In recent years,the relationship between intestinal flora and human diseases has become a research hotspot.Trimethylamine oxide (TMAO) has attracted much attention as one of the important metabolites of intestinal bacteria.It has been found that TMAO plays an important role in a series of physiological and pathological processes,such as protein stability,lipid metabolism,inflammation,thrombosis,insulin resistance,glycometabolism,and so on.However,a systematic summary of the relationship between TMAO and the occurrence and development of various diseases is still lacking.This article reviews the relationship between TMAO and the occurrence and development of cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases,Alzheimer′s disease,chronic kidney disease and type 2 diabetes mellitus,in order to fully understand the current research situation of TMAO and its impact on the occurrence and development of diseases,and to provide theoretical basis and reference for the follow-up study of the role of TMAO.
