Improving Pre-School Education and Management through Inheriting ‘Red Gene’ under New Era——The Practice and Innovation of Beijing ‘Liu Yi’ Kindergarten 70 Years’ Red Education

学前教育阶段的德育工作旨在帮助幼儿适应社会生活,促进幼儿个性健康发展,进而为促进社会主义精神文明建设打下扎实的基础。幼儿教育是人生的启蒙教育,直接关系到“扣好人生第一粒扣子”。习惯性格养成、思想品德熏陶是幼儿教育的重要内容。利用革命历史资源、开展红色文化教育是学前教育阶段立德树人的有效途径。本文基于北京市六一幼儿院70年的红色资源积淀和红色基因传承创新实践,阐述新时代开展幼儿园红色教育的意义及经验。

Moral education in Pre-school stage aims to help kids to adapt to social life, promote personal healthy development, and pave the foundation for the spiritual civilization of Chinese socialism. Pre-school education plays an important role of enlightenment that relates to the‘first step of their entire life’. Habits and morality are the main contents of pre-school education. The paper argues that revolutionary history is an effective route to help kids develop their morality and habit through the case study of‘Liu Yi’ kindergarten in Beijing.
