深圳市签约居民对家庭医生信任度及其影响因素分析

Analysis of Signed-residents’ Trust to Family Doctors and Influencing Factors in Shen zhen City

目的了解签约居民对家庭医生的信任度及其影响因素,为推进家庭医生签约服务提供科学依据。方法采取简单随机抽样方法,于2016年7月-2017年9月对深圳市宝安区3个社区健康服务中心签约居民进行问卷调查,采用Logistic逐步回归分析方法探讨签约居民对家庭医生信任度的影响因素。结果在900名调查对象中,93.7%的签约居民对家庭医生比较信任。Logistic逐步回归分析结果显示,签约居民对家庭医生的满意度(OR=6.246,95%CI:3.913~12.219)、家庭医生看病的仔细程度(OR=2.725,95%CI:1.414~5.252)以及服务态度(OR=1.085,95%CI:1.047~1.125)是影响签约居民对家庭医生信任度的主要因素。结论深圳市签约居民对家庭医生信任度较高。建议完善家庭医生签约服务体系,加强医患沟通,提高家庭医生服务质量,从而进一步提升签约居民对家庭医生的信任度。

Objective To understand the signed-residents'trust in the family doctors and its influencing factors so as to provide scientific evidences for the promotion of family doctors'signing services. Methods From July 2016 to September 2017,residents were selected by a simple random sampling method and investigated by a questionnaire among the signed-residents of three community health service centers in Baoan District,Shenzhen.The data were analyzed with logistic stepwise regression model to explore the influencing factors of signed-residents'trust to family doctors. Results Among the 900 investigated signed-residents,93.7% residents trusted family doctors.Logistic stepwise regression analysis showed the satisfaction of the signed-residents to the family doctors( OR =6.246,95% CI :3.913~12.219),the careful degree of family doctors'treatment( OR =2.725,95% CI :1.414~5.252)and service attitudes( OR =1.085,95% CI :1.047~1.125)were main factors associated with the trusts to family doctors. Conclusion The signed-resident have a high trust to family doctors in Shenzhen city.To advance the service qualities of family doctors and promote the trust of signed-residents in family doctors,the family doctors'signing service system should be improved,communication between doctors and patients should be enhanced,and doctors'service quality should be improved.
