在上海市住宅小区二次供水设施改造工程调研的基础上,介绍了上海市二次供水设施现状、管理体制、设计施工一体化总承包模式、改造目标和改造方案。对建设标准、设计费偏低的总承包模式进行了分析,对技术改造过程中存在的问题进行了分析,提出适用性建议。

Based on the investigation of the renovation project of secondary water supply facilities in Shanghai residential districts,the status quo,management system,design and construction integrated general contracting mode,renovation objectives and renovation scheme of secondary water supply facilities in Shanghai are introduced.The general contracting mode with low construction standard and design cost,and the problems in technological transformation are analyzed.Suitability suggestions are put forward.
