“一带一路”倡议下国际化财会人才的培养模式研究

Research on Training Mode of International Accounting Talents Under Belt and Road Initiative

基于“一带一路”倡议对国际化财会人才的全新要求,提出校企联合的全新培养与教学模式,从校企合作教学的角度对“人才选拔—联合培育—企业实践”的人才培养框架体系进行深入研究,以期能够全面提升高校国际化财会人才的培养质量,从而一方面为我国“一带一路”建设的实施提供更多高素质的国际化财会人才,另一方面进一步推动国家供给侧改革,并全面促进中国与“一带一路”沿线国家的经济发展进程。

The college-enterprise cooperated training mode is proposed to meet the new requirements on international accounting talent under the Belt and Road initiative. Researches are done from the perspective of the framework“ selecting talent-joint training-enterprise practice” in order to improve the training quality, supply more high quality international accounting talents so as to promote the supply side reform and economic development of the countries along the Belt and Road.
