外侧入路联合前内侧入路治疗肘关节恐怖三联征的手术疗效

The operative effect of lateral approach combined with anterior-medial approach in the treatment of terrible triad of elbow joint

目的分析外侧入路联合前内侧入路方式对肘关节恐怖三联征进行治疗的手术疗效。方法选取我院2015年1月~2017年12月收治的40例肘关节恐怖三联征患者,按照手术方式不同将其分成对照组与观察组,各20例,对照组患者实行单纯前内侧入路方法治疗,观察组患者在其基础之上实行外侧入路治疗,比较两组患者的治疗优良率与并发症发生率。结果观察组治疗优良率为80.0%,对照组为50.0%,观察组并发症发生率为5.0%,对照组为30.0%,观察组优良率与并发症发生率均明显优于对照组,观察组愈合时间比对照组短,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论将外侧入路联合前内侧入路的手术方式用于肘关节恐怖三联征的临床治疗中,可以获得确切的临床疗效,安全性较高,可以进行进一步推广应用。

Objective To analyze the operative effect of lateral approach combined with anterior-medial approach in the treatment of terrible triad of elbow joint. Methods 40 patients with terrible triad of elbow joint who were admitted and treated in our hospital from January 2015 to December 2017 were selected. According to different operative methods,they were divided into control group and observation group,with 20 cases in each group.Patients in control group were treated with anterior-medial approach alone while patients in the control group were treated with lateral approach on basis of it.The good and excellent rate of treatment and the incidence of complications were compared between the two groups. Results The excellent and good rates of treatment in the observation group and the control group were respectively 80.0% and 50.0%.The incidence of complications in the observation group and the control group were respectively 5.0% and 30.0%.The good and excellent rate of treatment and the incidence of complications in the observation group were significantly better than those in the control group.The healing time of the observation group was shorter than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significan(t P < 0.05). Conclusion The lateral approach combined with the anterior medial approach in the clinical treatment of terrible triad of elbow joint can obtain definite clinical curative effect.It has high safety, which can be further promoted and applied.
