刘中勇“气血并治”论治冠心病

LIU Zhongyong’s Clinical Experience in Coronary Heart Disease with the Theory of the Common Treatment with Qi and Blood

中医学认为冠心病属于“胸痹”范畴,病机要点为心脉痹阻。刘中勇教授从人体最基本的组成物质气血相关理论出发,认为人体气血不和导致心脉痹阻是冠心病发生的主要病机。根据冠心病不同阶段气血之间的虚实变化,临床总结“气滞血瘀”“气虚血瘀”以及“气虚血弱”为冠心病的基本病机。在冠心病的治疗中,遵《素问·至真要大论》中“疏其血气,令其条达,而致和平”的治疗原则,倡导“气血并治”,以“理气活血”“益气活血”“补气生血”为冠心病基本治法,在冠心病的治疗和病人预后方面均取得了显著效果,其经验值得学习和借鉴。

In the treatment of coronary heart disease and prognosis of patients were achieved significant effect, the experience is worth learning and using for reference.
