舌侧导板在年轻恒牙冠折修复中的应用及护理

目的探讨舌侧导板在年轻恒牙冠折修复中的应用及如何实施标准化的护理。方法对35例冠折年轻恒牙行活髓切断术治疗后,取印模及灌注模型,制备冠折牙蜡型并制备硅橡胶舌侧导板,舌侧导板结合光固化复合树脂修复冠折牙,护理人员加强配合,缩短治疗时间。结果35例冠折年轻恒牙治疗过程中,合理利用舌侧导板结合光固化复合树脂材料修复技术,使冠折牙的整体外形更为逼真美观,粘结强度加强,使患儿及家长满意度明显提高。结论舌侧导板的应用在年轻恒牙冠折复合树脂修复中,护士必须了解病情,掌握各项操作流程,为患者提供良好的护理服务。
