Project teaching method sets the carrier of teaching as a project, takes students as the main body, and changes the traditional teaching mode. Project teaching method, as a new teaching mode, has been applied to English teaching. It is a method that takes the project subject as the center and students complete a series of learning activities under the guidance of teachers. The ultimate goal of higher vocational education is to train technical and skilled talents for the society. Introducing the project teaching method into English teaching in higher vocational colleges, while stimulating students' enthusiasm for English learning and improving the practical application ability of language, the students' comprehensive professional ability is cultivated. For the language learning of students, the application of the project teaching method, the students will apply all the knowledge they have learned in practice based on the project intermediary. The introduction of the project teaching method is not only a challenge to the traditional teaching mode, but also effectively solves the problems in the teaching of public English courses.
