基于GIS云技术的辽宁省水利地理信息服务平台的建设研究 被引量:5

摘要 针对水利地理信息化建设中存在的重复建设、资源浪费与成本高昂等问题,文章在信息化建设中采用云计算技术解决上述问题,并以辽宁省水利地理信息服务平台建设验证了云技术的可行性与科学性。首先介绍了云计算技术与云GIS技术的特点给出GIS平台的整体架构,然后以信息虚拟化技术与移动数据采集与同步技术为例,分析了辽宁水利云GIS平台实际中所采用的关键技术,给出了辽宁水利云GIS在实际应用中的具体意义。结果显示:建设辽宁水利云GIS平台有利于辽宁省内各级水利部门高效获取水利信息,包括全省基础地理信息数据及水利地理信息数据、高分辨卫星遥感影像及航空拍摄影像;可为辽宁省内各级水利部门提供基础设施服务,并有效避免重复建设,可以大大提高应用系统开发效率。
