应用生物科学专业人才培养方案研究——以塔里木大学为例

Study on Training Program of Applied Biological Sciences Specialty——Taking Tarim University as an Example

在广泛走访企事业单位、收集已毕业学生在专业相关领域遇到的问题与建议、参考国内知名高校关于本专业人才培养方案的基础上,根据学校的办学定位和应用生物科学专业的培养目标,建立通识教育平台、学科基础教育平台、专业方向教育平台、专业特色教育平台等4个教育平台,加强和完善实践教学环节,构建培养目标实现矩阵,完成了应用生物科学专业人才培养方案的修订。本次人才培养方案的修订既结合新疆生物产业和传统农业产业升级的发展需求,又兼顾了生命科学发展前沿的理念与技术,坚持以宽口径、厚基础为前提,以素质教育、创新思维及能力培养为核心,培养立足南疆、面向兵团、服务新疆、政治可靠、专业过硬,具有一定创新精神和创业意识、具备较强创新创业和实践能力的应用型、复合型人才。

On the basis of visiting enterprises and institutions extensively,collecting the problems and suggestions of graduates in relevant fields of specialty,consulting well-known universities and colleges in the Mainland about the training program of this specialty,and according to the orientation of Tarim University and the training objectives of Applied Biological Specialty,the general education platform and basic teaching of the subject are established.Four educational platforms,namely,general-knowledge education platform,subject foundation education platform,specialty direction education platform and specialty characteristics education platform were established,the practical teaching links were strengthened and perfected,the training objective realization matrix was constructed,and the revision of training program for Applied Biological Specialty was completed.The revision of this personnel training program not only combines the development needs of Xinjiang's bio-industry and traditional agricultural industry,but also takes into account the concept and technology of life sciences development frontier.It adheres to the premise of wide caliber and thick foundation,and takes quality education,innovative thinking and ability training as the core,and trains the people based in Southern Xinjiang,facing Xinjiang Production and Construction Corps,serving Xinjiang,politically reliable,perfect specialty,with a certain spirit of innovation and entrepreneurship awareness,and with strong innovative and practical ability of application-oriented,composite talents.
