摘要
单元式幕墙与构件式幕墙相比,具有工厂化加工程度高、加工质量好,现场安装方便,施工周期短等特点,因而被广泛应用于现代建筑中。为了提高单元式幕墙的水密性能,解决单元式幕墙的漏水问题,本文以常用的横滑式单元幕墙为例,从设计、材料、生产加工、现场安装等几方面进行分析和阐述,总结其防水原理及漏水原因。
In comparison with constructional curtain wall, the unit type features efficient factory processing, quality product, easy installation and short construction period. That is why it is widely used in modern construction. In order to improve the watertight performance of the unit curtain wall and solve the water leakage problem, taking commonly used horizontal sliding unit curtain wall as an example, the article describes and analyses its waterproofing principle and reason for leakage in terms of design, material, processing and site installation.
