摘要
简述了超临界流体介质的特性和染色机理流程,从预处理方式、染色工艺条件、染料种类和纤维品几种方面概述了超临界CO2染色过程对天然纤维和合成纤维性能的影响,总结了超临界CO2产业化染色进程中的问题,并展望了超临界CO2染色技术的未来前景。
The characteristics of the supercritical fluid medium and the process of dyeing mechanism are briefly described. The effects of the supercritical CO2 dyeing process on the properties of natural fibers and synthetic fibers are summarized from the aspects of pretreatment, dyeing process conditions, dyestuffs and fiber varieties. The industrialization problems in the dyeing process with the supercritical CO2 are summarized, and the prospect of supercritical CO2 dyeing technology is prospected.
