口腔鳞癌中ARMCX1的表达及其对预后判断价值的研究 被引量:2

摘要 目的:检测口腔鳞癌中ARM重复X连锁蛋白1(ARMCX1)的表达,分析其临床意义。方法:以112份口腔鳞癌患者切除的肿瘤组织标本作为观察组1,选择上述标本中距肿物边缘>3cm的正常口腔黏膜组织45份作为对照组1,留取术后的蜡块组织。以上述标本中15份口腔鳞癌患者切除的肿瘤组织作为观察组2,距肿物边缘>3cm的正常口腔黏膜组织15份作为对照组2,留取术后新鲜组织。应用免疫组化方法检测观察组1和对照组1中ARMCX1蛋白的表达,应用荧光PCR技术检测观察组2和对照组2中ARMCX1mRNA的表达。结果:观察组1和对照组1中ARMCX1蛋白表达的阳性率差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),观察组1中ARMCX1蛋白表达的阳性率与脉管累犯、淋巴结转移、肿瘤最大径和增殖指数相关(P<0.05),与分化程度、神经侵犯无明显相关性(P>0.05)。观察组2和对照组2中ARMCX1 mRNA表达的阳性率差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。生存分析显示观察组1中ARMCX1蛋白的表达与生存时间密切相关(P<0.05)。结论:ARMCX1蛋白和mRNA在口腔鳞癌组织中表达下调,对病变形成和进展具有促进作用,ARMCX1蛋白的表达对判断口腔鳞癌的预后可能有一定价值。 Objective: To detect the expression of ARMCX1 in oral squamous cell carcinoma and investigate its clinical significance. Methods: The study included 112 neoplasm tissue of oral squamous carcinoma patients as observation group1,45 normal oral tissue( more than 3 cm from edge of tumor) as control group1,15 fresh tissue of oral squamous carcinoma patients as observation group2,15 fresh tissue of normal oral tissue as control group 2.Expression of ARMCX1 protein was detected by IHC method in observation group1 and control group1. Expression of ARMCX1 mRNA was detected by qPCR method in observation group2 and control group2. Results: The positive rate of ARMCX1 protein was obvious different in observation group1 and control group1( P < 0. 05). The positive rate of ARMCX1 protein was closely related to vascular recidivism,lymph node metastasis,lymph node metastasis and proliferation index in observation group1( P < 0. 05). The positive rate of ARMCX1 mRNA was obvious different in observation group2 and control group2( P < 0. 05). The expression of ARMCX1 protein was closely related to survival time( P < 0. 05). Conclusion: The lower expression of ARMCX1 may promote the occurrence and development of oral squamous cell carcinoma. ARMCX1 has certain significance in judging prognosis.
