摘要
设计了一套卷绕控制系统,系统通过PID算法实现对收卷和放卷伺服电机的控制。文章重点介绍整体系统的组态及软件程序的编写。该系统维护方便,便于一线操作人员监视操控。
A winding control system which realized the control of winding and unwinding servo motor by PID arithmetic was designed. This paper mainly introduced the configuration of the whole system and the compilation of the software program. The system was easy to maintain and easy to be monitored and operated by front-line operators.
