摘要
应用C#语言、显微-数码成像技术、电子地图技术、SQLserver数据库等软件编程技术与工具,将植物优质玻片标本转化为能够在线拖曳、缩放、浏览、标注的数字切片标本等虚拟仿真资源,使植物显微结构观察实验不必借助显微镜即可进行,为优质玻片标本在更大范围内的共用共享提供了解决方案,实现了植物显微结构观察实验由验证性实验向综合性实验转变。
By using the software programming techniques and tools such as C# language, micro-digital imaging technology, electronic map technology, SQL Server database, etc., the high-quality plant slide specimens can be transformed into virtual simulation funds that can drag, zoom, browse and label digital slice specimens online, which can help the experiment of plant microstructural observation to be carried out without the aid of a microscope, provide a solution for sharing high-quality slide specimens in a wider range, and realize the transformation of plant microstructural observation experiment from verification to comprehensive experiment.
