中医药联合西药治疗肝郁血瘀型输卵管炎性不孕症136例临床观察

Clinical Observation of 136 Patients of salpingitis infertility with Liver-Depression and Blood-Stasis Treated by Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine

目的:观察中西医结合治疗肝郁血瘀型输卵管炎性不孕症的临床疗效。方法:选择肝郁血瘀型输卵管炎性不孕症患者136例,随机分为对照组和治疗组各68例,对照组给予宫腔注药术,治疗组在对照组基础上给予口服中药通管汤、中药保留灌肠术、直流电药物离子导入和雷火灸治疗。结果:足疗程后随访1年,治疗组总有效率91.2%,明显高于对照组的61.7%;治疗组宫内妊娠率33.8%,明显高于对照组的22.1%。治疗后两组总有效率和治愈率(宫内妊娠率)比较均差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:中西医结合治疗肝郁血瘀型输卵管炎性不孕症疗效确切,可行性好,具有较大临床推广价值。

Objective:To observe the curative effects on salpingitis infertility with Liver-Depression and Blood-Stasis treated by integrated Chinese and western medicine.Methods:136 patients of salpingitis infertility with Liver-Depression and Blood-Stasis were randomized into control group and treatment group,68 cases in each one,The control group was treated with intrauterine injection,the treatment group accepted ZhongYao TongGuan Tang,Retention enema with traditional Chinese drugs,Direct current drug iontophoresis and Thunder-fire moxibustion on the foundation of the therapy given to the control group.Results:All Patiens were followed up for 1 years,The total effective rate and the intrauterine pregnancy rate was 91.2%and 61.7%in the treatment group,apparently higher than 61.7%and 22.1%in the control group.There were significant differences between the two groups after the treatment with the total effective rate and the intrauterine pregnancy rate(P<0.05).Conclusion:Treating salpingitis infertility with Liver-Depression and Blood-Stasis by integrated Chinese and western medicine has curative effect,well feasibility and great clinical value.
