摘要
宁波市轨道交通5号线一期土建工程TJ5108标段柳隘站围护结构是超深地下连续墙,钢筋笼超长超重,现有履带吊难以满足施工要求,为确保吊装安全,部分地下连续墙钢筋笼采用履带吊分段吊装,同步实施。通过计算确定合理的节段数、吊点位置,确保钢筋笼的施工质量,降低施工成本。
The retaining structure of LiuAi Station in TJ5108 tender section of Ningbo Urban Rail Transit Line 5 is an ultra-deep diaphragm wall. The reinforcement cage is super long and overweight. The existing crawler crane is difficult to meet the construction requirements. In order to ensure the safety of lifting, some of the reinforcement cages of underground diaphragm walls are lifted by caterpillar crane in segments and implemented synchronously. By calculating and determining the reasonable number of segments and the location of hanging points, the construction quality of reinforcing cages is ensured and the construction cost is reduced.
