摘要
为研究三种盐生植物与三种甜土植物中高亲和性钾离子转运蛋白(HKT1)在结构和功能等方面的差异,本研究运用生物信息学方法预测并分析三种盐生植物与三种甜土植物HKT1的理化特性、氨基酸组成、亲/疏水性、N-糖基化位点、信号肽、跨膜结构域及其同源进化关系等,对预测及分析数据进行分类对比,总结共性且筛选差异性。结果表明:三种盐生植物和三种甜土植物的HKT1氨基酸组成、亲/疏水性、N-糖基化位点差异不明显,但是信号肽、同源序列分析及多重序列比对分析存在明显的差异,上述差异可为改良和育种耐盐碱性基因工程作物提供一定的理论依据。
In order to study the differences in structure and function of high-affinity potassium transporter (HKT1) between three halophytes and three glycophytes. In this research, using bioinformatics methods to predict and analyze the physicochemical properties, amino acid composition, pro-/hydrophobicity, N-glycosylation site, signal peptide, transmembrane domain and homologous evolutionary relationships of three glycophytes and three halophytes HKT1 were used to classify and contrast the prediction and analysis data. The commonality and screening differences were summarized. The results exhibited that the HKT1 amino acid composition, pro-/ hydrophobicity and N-glycosylation sites of three halophytes and three glycophytes were not significantly different, but signal peptides and homologous sequences were analyzed. There are significant differences in multiple sequence alignment analysis. The above differences could provide a theoretical basis for the improvement and breeding of salt-tolerant and alkaline-engineered crops.
