“新工科”背景下产教融合示范实验实训中心的构建——基于GHM模型的思考 被引量:2

摘要 “新工科”建设已进入实质性推进阶段,其背景下的产教融合示范实验实训中心不仅是人才培养共同体和协同育人实践平台,更是集育人、科研、服务、培训、培育于一体的新型组织模式.以新制度经济学中的重要分析工具与理论模型——“GHM模型”为逻辑起点,可以发现“新工科”背景下产教融合示范实验实训中心的契约、产权均是不完全的,易诱发剩余控制权争夺、交易成本上升和机会主义行为增加等问题.为此,可从关系性契约的治理、战略一致性的要求、收益最大化的追求等方面着手,探索一条有效消解现实困境的道路. As the“emerging engineering”has entered the stage of substantive construction,experiment and training demonstration center for production-teaching integration is not only a community of talents training and a practical platform of collaborative education,but also a new organizational model integrating education,scientific research,service,training and talent cultivation.Using the GHM model which is an important analyzing tool and theoretical model of the system economics,this study finds that experiment and training demonstration center for production-teaching integration under the background of“emerging engineering”are incomplete,which can easily lead to problem such as the competition for residual control rights,the rise of transaction costs and the increase of opportunistic behavior.It is necessary to work out a way to solve these problems by regulating contracts,strengthening strategic consistency and maximizing profits.
