摘要
本文对样品进行了粒度组成及XRD分析,粘土类矿物的存在是煤泥泥化的主要原因。在不同煤泥水浓度条件下,分别考察了絮凝剂和凝聚剂的用量对煤泥水沉降的作用,并确定了该次实验的正交因素水平设计。并在此基础上选择L 27 (3^13 )正交表进行实验,分别以上清液透光率和煤泥沉降速度为指标,综合分析可知:当聚铝添加量为60 g/m^3,分子量为1000万的阴离子PAM添加量为4.8 g/m^3,煤泥水浓度为50 g/L时,絮凝沉降效果最佳,此时透光率为86.7%,沉降速度高达710.46 cm/min。
This paper analyzes the size composition and conducts XRD analysis on the samples which finds out the existence of clay minerals is the main cause of coal slime.When the slime water concentration is different,it investigates respectively,the effect of flocculating agent and flocculant dosage in coal slime water settlement,and determines the orthogonal factor level design of the experiment.It conducts experiments by selecting orthogonal table L 27 (3^13 ) and measures the ratio of clear liquid transmittance and the velocity of coal slime subsidence.The results show that when the concentration of slime water is 50 g/L,poly aluminum content is 60 g/m^3,the molecular weight of 10 million anionic PAM content is 4.8 g/m^3,flocculating settling effect works the best,and the light transmittance was 86.7%,the settling velocity reached 710.46 cm/min.
