摘要
多种间歇性能源电网渗透率和系统用电负荷的不断增加,造成了电网峰谷差的拉大,调峰能力不足成为目前电网面临的主要问题之一。随着售电侧市场化改革步伐的不断加快,需求侧资源有越来越多的渠道参与市场交易,合理调控需求侧资源可有效分担系统调峰压力。建立了电力市场环境下统一补偿模式和负荷聚集商代理模式中电动汽车和可中断负荷参与调峰的数学模型,通过算例分析对比了不同调峰模式下需求侧资源的参与程度,表明市场代理调峰模式较传统调峰模式更具优势,而负荷聚集商代理模式下,用户参与程度更高。
Continuous increase of penetration rate of different intermittent energy networks and system electricity consumption has widened the difference between peak and valley of the power grid,and insufficient peak-shaving capability has become one of the main problems which power grids are faced with.Load-side resources have a huge peak-shaving potential.While marketization reform continues to accelerate on the power-selling side,more and more demand-side resources get involved in market transactions,and reasonable regulation of demand-side resources can effectively alleviate system peak-shaving pressure.This paper established a unified compensation mode in the power market environment as well as a mathematical model for participation of electric vehicles and interruptible loads in the peak-shaving in the load aggregator agent mode.Comparative analysis in the case study of degree of participation of demand-side resources in different peak-shaving modes indicated that the market agent peak-shaving mode could have more advantages than traditional mode,and a higher degree of participation of the user could be achieved in the load aggregator agent mode.
