摘要
本文立足于学习者来源不同情况下,该如何因材施教进行了有益的探索.先从培养定位入手,再思考教什么、如何教的问题;从人才培养方案的制定与教学体系建设为切入点进行研究与实践.
This article is a useful exploration about how to teach students according to their abilities, which is based on the different sources of learners. First of all, it starts from training orientation, then thinks about what to teach and how to teach, and then researches and practices from the establishment of talent training program and the construction of teaching system.
