鹿瓜多肽注射液辅助治疗类风湿关节炎的效果及对临床症状、血沉的影响

Effects of Cervus and Cucumis Polypeptide Injection Adjuvant Therapy on Rheumatoid Arthritis and its Influence on Clinical Symptoms and Erythrocyte Sedimentation Rate

目的:观察鹿瓜多肽注射液辅助治疗类风湿关节炎(RA)的效果及对临床症状、血沉的影响。方法:选取RA患者80例,随机分为对照组及观察组,各40例。对照组接受来氟米特、甲氨蝶呤等抗风湿类药物常规治疗,观察组在对照组基础上联合鹿瓜多肽注射液辅助治疗。比较两组疗效,观察患者临床症状及骨形态发生蛋白(BMPs)、基质金属蛋白酶-1(MMP-1)、红细胞沉降率(ESR)、人类风湿因子免疫球蛋白A(IgA-RF)、IgM-RF水平变化。结果:观察组总有效率明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。两组治疗后晨僵时间、疼痛视觉模拟(VAS)评分、28个关节疾病活动指数(DAS28)、关节肿胀指数(SJI)、关节压痛指数(TJI)及MMP-1、ESR、IgA-RF、IgM-RF水平较治疗前降低(P<0.05),且观察组较对照组降低显著(P<0.05)。两组治疗后握力指数及BMPs水平较治疗前提高(P<0.05),且观察组较对照组显著提高(P<0.05)。结论:鹿瓜多肽注射液辅助治疗RA效果良好,可有效改善患者临床症状及血沉。

Objective:To observe the effects of cervus and cucumis polypeptide injection adjuvant therapy on rheumatoid arthritis(RA)and its influence on clinical symptoms and erythrocyte sedimentation rate.Methods:80 patients with RA were selected and randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 40 cases in each group.Control group was given routine treatment of anti-rheumatic drugs such as leflunomide and methotrexate,and observation group was combined with cervus and cucumis polypeptide injection adjuvant therapy on the basis of control group.The efficacy in the two groups was compared,and the clinical symptoms and levels of bone morphogenetic proteins(BMPs),matrix metalloproteinase-1(MMP-1),erythrocyte sedimentation rate(ESR)and human rheumatoid factors immunoglobulin A(IgA-RF)and IgM-RF were observed in the two groups.Results:The total effective rate in observation group was significantly higher than that in control group(P<0.05).Morning stiffness time,pain visual analogue scale(VAS)score,disease activity score 28(DAS 28),swollen joint count index(SJI),tender joint count index(TJI)and levels of MMP-1,ESR,IgA-RF and IgM-RF in the two groups after treatment were decreased compared with those before treatment(P<0.05),and the decreases in observation group were more significant than those in control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the grip strength index and BMPs level in the two groups were improved compared with those before treatment(P<0.05),and the increases in observation group were more significant than those in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Cervus and cucumis polypeptide injection adjuvant therapy has good effects in the treatment of RA,and it can effectively improve the clinical symptoms and erythrocyte sedimentation rate.
