摘要
使用锥形量热计对尼龙 - 6/粘土纳米复合材料的阻燃性进行了实验研究 ,结果表明 ,使用融体插层制备的尼龙 - 6/粘土纳米复合材料 ,当粘土的百分含量为 5 %和 7%时 ,纳米复合材料的热释放速率的峰值 ( PHRR)比尼龙 - 6分别下降 32 %和 5 3% ,与常规阻燃方法相比 。
The fire safety of nylon-6/clay nanocomposites from melt intercalation compounding has been studied by means of cone calorimeter. The test data show that nylon-6/clay nanocomposites have unique flame retradance, when the content of clay in these nanocomposite were 5% and 7% respectively, the peak heat release rate of nylon-6/clay composite decreases 32% and 53% respectively with compare to nylon-6. Moreover, their smoke formation rate didn′t increase as apparently as others prepared from conventional flame retardance techniques.
