气动胸腹反向按压心肺复苏装置的研制

摘要 心肺复苏技术(CPR)应用于临床急救对于拯救患者生命起着至关重要的作用。本文介绍作者新近研制的智能化胸腹联合按压心肺复苏装置,它在传统心肺复苏机单纯按胸的基础上加入腹部按压,使冠脉灌注压得到有效提高,并通过动物实验得以验证。 Cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR)is a very effective technique in clinical emergency to rescue cardiac arrest patients.This paper presents a new resuscitation system applying automat-ic chest and abdomi nal compression-decompression method which is proven in the animal experi-ment to be effective in improving coronary perfusion pressure.
