采场爆破产尘规律及降尘技术研究 被引量:13

Study on Dust Production Law and Dust Reduction Technology in Blasting Stope

摘要 在爆破产尘机理研究的基础上,通过在数值模拟与爆破采场粉尘浓度测试分析,得出了采场爆破产尘规律,并结合夏甸金矿-820m水平爆破作业面生产技术条件,提出了高压云雾抑尘技术。高压云雾抑尘系统在10 MPa压力下形成密实的水雾屏障,其总粉尘降尘效率为96.2%,呼吸性粉尘降尘效率为95.3%,降尘效率极高,较一般的喷雾降尘措施,降尘效率提高了10%左右,采场爆破进路内的粉尘在20min之内就降低至10mg/m^3以内,提高了降尘速率。 Based on the study of the mechanism of dust production by blasting,the law of dust production by blasting was obtained through numerical simulation and analysis of dust concentration measurement in blasting stope.Combining with the production conditions of-820 mhorizontal blasting surface in Xiadian Gold Mine,the high-pressure cloud dust suppression technology was put forward.This system formed a dense water mist barrier under the pressure of 10 MPa.The dust reduction efficiency was very high,which was 96.2% for total dust,and was 95.3% for respiratory dust.Compared with the general spray dust reduction measures,the dust reduction efficiency was increased by about 10%,and the dust in the blasting roadway can be reduced to 10 mg/m^3 within 20 min,increasing the dust reduction rate.
