生物医药产业集群升级模式探讨——以湖北省为例

Discussion on Upgrading Mode of Biomedical Industry Cluster——Taking Hubei Province as an Example

生物医药行业作为21世纪高新技术产业,对促进国家经济发展,提高经济竞争力具有重要意义。本文根据湖北省生物医药产业发展现状以及存在的问题,从产业集群视角提出强化政府的集群领导职能,加快产学研平台建设,完善产业集群发展机制,积极培育龙头企业,多体系集群协同发展的集群升级对策。

As a high-tech industry in the 21 st century,the biomedical industry is of great signific-ance to promoting national economic development and improving economic competitiveness.Accor-ding to the development status and existing problems of biomedical industry in Hubei Province,th-is paper proposes to strengthen the government’s cluster leadership function from the perspective of industrial clusters,accelerate the construction of industry-university-research platform,improve the d-evelopment mechanism of industrial clusters,actively cultivate leading enterprises and multi-systemclusters to develop industries,in order to promote the upgrading of industrial clusters.
