摘要
广西合浦某高岭土尾砂中含有大量的石英,为了充分利用该尾砂资源,在工艺矿物学研究基础上,对尾砂的+0.60 mm,-0.60+0.10 mm和-0.10+0.038 mm 3个粒级按照“擦洗-分级-磨矿-分级-高梯度磁选-反浮选-酸洗”原则流程分别进行提纯,从+0.60 mm粒级获得满足光伏玻璃原料要求的超白石英砂和TFT-LCD玻璃基板原料要求的石英粉,从-0.60+0.10 mm粒级得到普通平板玻璃砂,研究可为该高岭土尾砂的综合利用提供依据。
A certain kaolin tailings in Hepu,Guangxi contains a large amount of quartz.In order to make full use of the tailings resources,on the basis of process mineralogy,the three fractions of tailings+0.60 mm,-0.60+0.10 mm and-0.10+0.038 mm were separated and purified according to the"scrubbing-classification-grinding-classification-high gradient magnetic separation-reverse flotation-acid scrubbing"process.Ultra-white quartz sand satisfying the raw material requirements of photovoltaic glass raw material and quartz powder satisfying requirements of TFT-LCD glass substrates raw material can be obtained from the+0.60 mm particle size after purification,while common glass sand was obtained from-0.60+0.10 mm.This research can provide basis for the full utilization of this kaolin tailings.
