摘要 探讨分季节PLC步进算法节能自控系统在纺织空调中的应用。分季节PLC步进算法节能自控系统分夏季、过渡季和冬季3个调节模式,使用该算法对车间温度和相对湿度进行独立控制,较好地解决了温度和相对湿度之间耦合难于控制的问题。在盐城某纺织厂的测试效果优于设计要求,系统稳定运行时车间相对湿度误差控制在3个百分点以内,温度误差控制在±0.7℃以内。认为:该套自控系统对温湿度的控制效果较好,节能效果显著,平均节电率可达到8.21%。 Application of seasonal PLC stepping algorithm energy saving automatic control system in the textile air conditioning was discussed.Seasonal PLC stepping algorithm energy saving automatic control system was divided into three modes of summer,transition season and winter.The algorithm was used to independently control the temperature and relative humidity of workshop.The problem that coupling between temperature and relative humidity was better solved.Test result of a textile factory in Yancheng was better than the design requirement.When the system was running stably,the relative humidity error of workshop was within three percentage points and temperature error was within±0.7℃.It is considered that the automatic control system has better control effect on temperature&humidity,energy saving effect is remarkable and the average power saving rate can reach 8.21%.
