摘要
使用不同质量分数的马来酸酐接枝聚烯烃弹性体(POE-g-MAH)对半芳香尼龙聚对苯二甲酰十二碳二胺(PA12T)进行共混改性,制备了具有较高韧性的PA12T复合材料,并研究了POE-g-MAH含量对复合材料力学性能、热性能及断面形貌的影响。结果表明,POE-g-MAH的加入有效地提高了复合材料的耐冲击性能,且当其质量分数为10%时,复合材料在冲击实验过程中便已无法冲断,即已具备了非常优异的耐冲击性能。由于POE-g-MAH相较于PA12T具有较低的强度,因此,复合材料的拉伸强度、弯曲强度和热变形温度随着POE-g-MAH含量的增加而有所下降。当复合材料中POE-g-MAH的质量分数为35%时,复合材料的拉伸强度、弯曲强度以及热变形温度分别降低至49.8 MPa,24.4 MPa和113.1℃,相较于PA12T基体,其保持率分别为61.5%,39.7%和92.5%。
Semi-aromatic nylon poly(dodecamethylene terephthalamide)(PA12T)was toughened by maleic anhydride grafted polyolefin elastomer(POE-g-MAH)with different mass fractions,and the PA12T composites with outstanding toughening performance were successfully fabricated.Furthermore,the effects of POE-g-MAH content on mechanical properties,thermal properties as well as sectional morphologies of the final composites were deeply investigated.Results demonstrate that with the addition of POE-g-MAH,the impact resistance of the composite is enhanced obviously,and when the mass fraction of POE-g-MAH is 10%,the sample is not fractured after the notch impact test,which means that the composite has good impact resistance.Because of the lower strength of POE-g-MAH compared with PA12T,the tensile strength,bending strength and heat distortion temperature of the composite are decreased with the increase of POE-g-MAH.When the mass fraction of POE-g-MAH is 35%,the tensile strength,bending strength and heat distortion temperature of the composite are reduced to 49.8 MPa,24.4 MPa and 113.1℃,and the holding ratios are 61.5%,39.7%and 92.5%,respectively.
