摘要
数字经济时代,组织所面临的环境特征发生了显著变化。然而,目前战略管理领域的研究仍然沿用传统工业时代的环境特征,造成理论与实践的脱节。对组织任务环境的观点进行了回顾,指出了传统观点在数字经济背景下面临的适应性挑战,进而提炼出数字经济时代组织任务环境的新特征,最终构建了一个数字经济时代的组织任务环境系统。
In the era of digital economy,the environmental characteristics of organizations have considerably changed.However,current researches in strategic management field are still based on previous environmental features,resulting in disconnection between theory and practice.By reviewing the traditional viewpoints of organizational task environment in the industrial era,this paper points out the adaptive challenges met by the traditional viewpoints in the digital economy era,refines the new features of organizational task environment,and finally constructs an organizational task environment system adapted to the digital economy era.
