幼儿园男教师问题透视与培养举措 被引量:1

On the Training of Male Teachers in Kindergartens: A Perspective of Interviews with Provincial Kindergarten Principals

摘要 幼儿园男教师是一个独特而值得研究的对象。文章对幼儿园男教师优势和劣势,及培养措施进行研究。研究者对合肥市10位省级一类园园长进行访谈。结果显示:所有的受访园长均从不同方面对幼儿园男教师进行了肯定;他们普遍认为幼儿园男教师有自身优势,但也存在不足;受访园长认为幼儿园男教师培养、使用及管理应扬长避短。具体包括培养院校有针对性地培养幼儿园男教师,幼儿园及社会要为男教师营造较为宽松的工作氛围,幼儿园需要合理安排男教师带班及相关工作,同时为男教师提供相对较高的经济待遇。 Male teachers in kindergartens deserve a wide social and academic concern.This article interviewed 10 principals of first-class provincial kindergartens in Hefei city to examine the advantages,disadvantages and the training measures of male preschool teachers.The results showed that all the interviewees affirmed male teachers’role in preschool education with distinct advantages and disadvantages.The authors maintained that it is important for kindergartens to make the best use of their advantages in training and employment,emphasizing that specific programs need to be developed for the training of male teachers while a relaxed working atmosphere and favored salary level being created for male teachers.
