《针灸资生经》中灸阴廉穴治疗不孕症初探及临床应用

A Preliminary Study on The Treatment of Infertility with Acupuncture and Moxibustion and Clinical Application

《针灸资生经·妇人无子》记载独灸阴廉穴治疗不孕症,之后历代文献多有转载,然而对于该穴治疗不孕症的机理未作进一步阐释,以致该穴在不孕症取穴的运用中未被足够重视。笔者为挖掘阴廉穴治疗不孕症的机理并使之推陈出新,从该经的经脉所过、穴位命名深意、全息规律以及灸法的温补作用等方面阐述灸阴廉穴治疗不孕症的理论基础,并认为该法取穴精简,实用性强,对于临床不孕症的防治具有重要指导意义,应进一步临床研究和推广应用。

“Zhen Jiu Zi Sheng Jing”recorcled the treatment of infertility by Moxibustion at Yinlian point alone,which has been reproduced in many literatures of past dynasties.However,the mechanism of the treatment of infertility by this point has not been further explained,so that the application of the point selection in infertility has not been paid enough attention.In order to excavate the mechanism of Yinlian point treatment of infertility,the author tries to bring forth new ideas from the meridians and acupoints of the meridian.The theoretical basis of moxibustion at Yinlian point for infertility treatment is elaborated in terms of deep meaning of naming,holographic regularity and warm-tonifying effect of moxibustion.The author believes that this method is simple and practical,and has important guiding significance for the prevention and treatment of clinical infertility.Further clinical research and application should be carried out.
