摘要
介绍了一体式镶件包边模的结构及成形原理,通过实际生产与调试过程中出现的问题,分析其产生的原因,制定整改措施,一体式镶件包边的应用可以简化包边模结构,特别是对于曲率较小的制件,包边位置较平整的区域效果明显,可以为包边模设计提供参考。
The structure and forming principle of integrated insert curling die were presented.According to the problems occurred in the actual production and debugging process, the reasons were analyzed and the rectification measures were formulated. The application of integrated insert curling could largely simplify the structure of curling die, especially for some parts of the small curvature and the flat curling position. It could provide references for the design of curling die.
