复方鳖甲软肝片联合恩替卡韦治疗慢性乙型病毒性肝炎肝纤维化患者的效果分析

Effect of Compound Biejia Ruangan Tablet and Entecavir on Chronic Hepatitis B with Hepatic Fibrosis

目的探究慢性乙型病毒性肝炎肝纤维化患者运用复方鳖甲软肝片与恩替卡韦联合治疗的临床价值。方法选取于2017年8月-2019年4月该院收治的疗慢性乙型病毒性肝炎肝纤维化患者98例,根据随机分组原则分为观察组(复方鳖甲软肝片与恩替卡韦联合治疗)和对照组(单纯恩替卡韦治疗)各49例。比较两组患者治疗效果、肝纤维化指标改善和不良反应发生情况。结果与对照组相比,观察组治疗总有效率(91.84%)较高(χ~2=16.208,P<0.05),且观察组患者肝纤维给出相应的相关指标改善更明显(t=11.108、15.268、13.058、10.630,P<0.05),同时相比于对照组(8.16%),观察组不良反应发生率(10.20%)与其差异无统计学意义(χ~2=0.947,P>0.05)。结论慢性乙型病毒性肝炎肝纤维化患者运用复方鳖甲软肝片与恩替卡韦联合治疗后,在提高治疗效果的同时,还能够有效调节肝纤维化相关指标水平,同时存在较低的不良反应发生率,其临床价值较显著。

Objective To explore the clinical value of combined therapy of Compound Biejia Ruangan Tablet and Entecavir in patients with hepatic fibrosis caused by chronic hepatitis B. Methods 98 patients with hepatic fibrosis caused by chronic hepatitis B were se-lected from August 2017 to April 2019. According to the principle of random grouping, they were divided into two groups: observation group(combined treatment of Compound Biejia Ruangan Tablet and Entecavir) and control group(treatment of Entecavir alone), 49 in each group. The therapeutic effect, improvement of liver fibrosis index and occurrence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups. Results Compared with the control group, the total effective rate(91.84%) of the observation group was higher( χ~2=16.208,P<0.05), and the related indexes of liver fibrosis in the observation group were improved more significantly(t=11.108、15.268、13.058、10.630,P<0.05). At the same time, compared with the control group(8.16%), the incidence of adverse reactions in the obser-vation group(10.20%) was not significantly different from that in the control group (χ~2=0.947,P>0.05). Conclusion Compound Biejia Ruangan Tablet combined with entecavir can improve the therapeutic effect of chronic hepatitis B patients with hepatic fibrosis, at the same time, it can effectively regulate the level of relevant indicators of hepatic fibrosis, and there is a lower incidence of adverse reac-tions, and its clinical value is significant.
