摘要
石油勘探的作业环境大多是沙漠、戈壁、草原等复杂地形,对车辆的越野能力和特种设备装载平顺性要求较高.悬架系统在改善操纵性、保证车辆的平顺性、提高乘车舒适性等方面起重要作用,这对石油勘探行业的车辆非常重要.本文主要分析了目前常用的传统型车辆悬架型式,并以电子控制空气弹簧悬架和电子控制油气悬架系统为例,分析了处于研究应用热点的主动式悬架系统,对于特种底盘制造和开发具有一定的参考意义.
The working environment for petroleum prospecting is mostly complex terrain such as desert,Gobi and grassland,which requires high off-road capability of vehicles and ride comfort when loading special equipment.Suspension system plays a very important role in improving maneuverability and ensuring ride comfort.Vehicles loaded with special equipment also attach great importance to ride comfort.This paper mainly analyzes the traditional vehicle suspension types which is current commonly used and also analyzes active control suspension system which is a hot point in both research field and application field by depicting the air suspension system and the hydro-pneumaticsuspension system of electronic control as examples,making a certain reference significance for the manufacture and development of special chassis.
