摘要 汽车制动系统的性能与驾驶员的行驶安全存在密切联系,传统电子液压制动系统的制动距离加长,响应速度较慢,硬件的重量较高,不能满足驾驶安全的相关要求。而电子制动机械制动系统可以改善此类问题,具有良好的应用价值。针对于此,下文分析汽车电子机械制动系统的应用现状与结构特点,提出几点安全设计的相关建议,旨在为提升相关电器机械式制动系统安全性提供依据。 The performance of automobile brake system is closely related to the driver’s driving safety. The traditional electro-hydraulic brake system has longer braking distance, slower response speed and higher hardware weight, which can not meet the requirements of driving safety. The electronic brake mechanical brake system can improve this kind of problems, and has good application value. In view of this, the following analysis of the application status and structural characteristics of the automotive electronic mechanical brake system, put forward some safety design recommendations, in order to provide a basis for improving the safety of the related electrical mechanical brake system.
