人类命运共同体是一种全新的共同体架构。在思维方式的意义上,突破了霸权治理的控制论思维方式,确立了共同治理的全球治理理念,意味着世界秩序中人类共处模式的革新;在价值观念的意义上,超越了利己主义原则和人们的逐利行为,把人真正地理解为"类存在物",这是一种真正的"人类性"理念;在逻辑结构的意义上,人类命运共同体建构的基础从"特殊利益"转向"共同性",从而找到了真实的共同体根据。从新型共同体理念的角度看,人类命运共同体是集共同利益、共同价值、共同责任于一体的休戚与共的命运共同体。
