2019年1-8月,中国马铃薯市场走势具有月度均价同比提高和总体价格水平高等显著特点。近年来,中国马铃薯产业呈现特色更加明显、区域布局调整加快、种植品种不断更新和品牌建设持续推进等新趋势,但目前仍存在马铃薯价格波动幅度过大、种薯知识产权保护不足、劳动力普遍短缺和环境资源约束日益趋紧等值得关注的问题。预计后期马铃薯市场行情向好,马铃薯市场价格将高于上年同期水平。

From January to August of 2019, the trend of China’s potato market had significant features such as the increase of monthly average price and the high overall price level. In recent years, China’s potato industry have presented new features such as more obvious characteristics, accelerated regional distribution adjustment,continuous updating of planting varieties and continuous promotion of brand building, but there are still problems existing in China’s potato industry, such as excessive potato prices fluctuations, insufficient protection of intellectual property rights of seed potatoes, shortage of labor, and tighter environment and resource constraints. In the future, the potato market situation is expected to improve, and the potato market price will be higher than the same period last year.
