摘要
铁路系统特定区间在发生大规模扰动时,区间双向能力失效的持续时间长且具有不确定性,需要在短时间内调整运行图计划并制定临时调度命令组织行车以降低扰动影响。目前存在的处理方案主要有列车在扰动区间后方站的待避或临时折返。本文针对高速铁路特定区间发生较大强度扰动情况下的运行图调整问题,在既有的相关类型问题研究基础上分析了不同情景下待避和临时折返两种调度方案的适用性;在考虑区间运输组织安全、时空资源能力等基础上,设计了混合整数规划模型并利用CPLEX软件实现了待避方案的求解验证;对临时折返调度方案进行了定性分析并对该方案适用性进行了探讨。
In the case of large-scale disruption,the interval bi-directional capability failure of railway system has a long time duration and uncertainty.It is crucial to reschedule timetable and assign temporary dispatching orders to arrange transport operation and reduce effect in a short time.There exists two schemes of this problem,i.e.“wait and see”and“short turning”.In this paper,the applicability of the two solutions are analyzed on the basis of existing studies.A mixed integerprogramming model of wait and see is developed with the consideration of specific scenarios and CPLEX is employed to get solutions.In addition,the paper makes qualitative analysis of the short turning scheme and discusses its applicability.
